Bidding Farewell might not be emotional always but it should be Peaceful

Things, or events that has an initiation are meant to come to an end. Even though we dont want to let them go, but surely what is meant to happen will happen anyway. Eventually time is like an on going loop that controls these events, it does the same thing over and over again if we start to grow attachment to something, get fond of anything, or be obsessed with things that become our want over our needs, no mater whether it’s good or bad for us, time will make sure that those attachments which were once closest to us, gets faded and it set’s us to live by cherishing the memories that are spent with handful of lessons learned, depending on which we spend the journey of rest of our lives. It might not bring the envisioned end to the chapters which we thought from our perspective, or there might be chances where we would want to extend the feel of comfort that we might not find anywhere else.

This is just a note for keeping mental peace, I know that it sounds weirdly odd after all those philosophical convoluted talks, why am I writing stuffs about mental peace? Because this might be the last piece of article that would have my name in it and I want the end to be Peaceful.

In the journey of life, every chapter—be it joyous or challenging—brings unique emotions. While chasing dreams, fulfilling responsibilities, or navigating uncertainties,  A constant need remains that is mental peace.

This peace is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. It helps you to embrace triumphs gracefully and weather storms resiliently. Whether you’re a student grappling with expectations, a professional balancing deadlines, or a retiree exploring purpose, finding stillness within fuels joy and courage.

Always the starting might not be as big or grand as you envisioned some times small foot steps may lead to a bigger place—take a walk amidst nature, meditate for five minutes, or pour your heart into a journal. Disconnect from chaos and reconnect with yourself. Remember, mental peace doesn’t erase problems; it empowers you to face them with clarity and strength.
