Earlier and even today when we need help for any purpose from a company or brand we Contact their help executives or customer cares and who reply us when we do so ? Mostly Humans! for instance few days back I was getting a delivery from a restaurant by Swiggy and I needed to Cancel to Order so I went to their Help Section, they gave me option so of either calling them or chat with them, I went with Chat, and I was like what! I was Surprised.
Swiggy was actually using Chatbot and they call it “Swiggy Bot”. It literately helped me to cancel the order and I have to say It is Super fast, we know it is programmed but how Amazing is that! Technology is Growing rapidly! So what is a Chatbot ? It is Artificial Intelligence or we can say it is a Program that is made to do some particular task by talking or text conversions, They undergo several tests for accuracy for example Turning Test,
it is a method of inquiry for determining whether or not a computer is capable of thinking like a human being. Programmers program it as how a Human would behave in a particular situation, obviously Chatbot can be design for many situations and purposes like working as a customer care, in todays time it is quite accurate, fast and still improving.
