So today is the day when Xiaomi is about to launch two new Flagship killer smartphones under Redmi, The Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro. Well, the long wait for the Redmi K20 arrival will soon be over, thanks to today’s launch event.

Redmi K20 Specifications

The Redmi K20 runs MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie and sports a 6.39-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 730 SoC, coupled with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB of internal storage. The Redmi K20 packs a 4000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging technology.

In terms of optics, the Redmi K20 has a dual triple camera setup that includes 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture + an 8MP telephoto sensor with an f/2.4 aperture + 13MP, f/2.4. There is also a 20 MP selfie camera that has an f/2.2 lens and comes as pop-up Camera. Other specifications of the phone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C port.

Redmi K20 Pro Specifications

There is not much of a difference in specs of Redmi K20 and K20 Pro, but here we have Super AMOLED Display instead of AMOLED display on Redmi K20. Also, under the hood the latest Snapdragon 855 chipset is used paired with Adreno 640 GPU whereas in the Pro Less version the Snapdragon 730 Soc is used in companion with Adreno 618 GPU.

The K20 Pro also supports 27W Fast battery charging (Quick Charge 4+), Redmi K20 fast charging is supported, but it’s a 18W fast charging. Except these specs everything is similar the Redmi K20.

Pricing

The Redmi K20 Pro is expected to be launch at a starting price of Rs. 24,900 and the Redmi K20 is expected to launch at a starting price of Rs.19,900, we still must wait till 12pm to know final prices and specifications.
